Dr Falko Dittmar advised AOE GmbH in the acquisition of all shares in AIJKO GmbH and the subsequent integration of AIJKO GmbH in AOE GmbH.

AOE GmbH with headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany, is a leading global provider of open source enterprise web solutions. It implements open source web portals and e-commerce and mobile applications, and offers related services for global enterprises. AIJKO GmbH with headquarters in Krefeld, Germany, is a web agency specialised in open source based e-commerce and content management applications. Prior to the acquisition, AOE GmbH and AIJKO GmbH already cooperated for a long time. After its full integration, AIJKO GmbH will merge into AOE GmbH and represent the Krefeld branch of the Wiesbaden enterprise.
